How a fragrance CGI project works

Brief and research
We define the product, audience, launch timing, formats and what the film needs to communicate. I research the scent, bottle and existing brand language.

Concept and storyboard
I develop the visual route, shot sequence and pacing. You approve the direction before full production begins.

A fragrance film starts with the scent
Each project begins with the scent, bottle design and brand language. I use those cues to define the materials, pacing and light.
The result feels specific to the fragrance rather than becoming another generic bottle turntable.
Once the bottle and scene are built, the same setup can also produce CGI product photography for campaign stills, product pages and launch material.
What one 3D build can produce
One approved 3D setup can produce a hero film, shorter social edits, retail loops and still campaign frames. It also makes later colourways and packaging updates easier to create without rebuilding the project from zero.

Fragrance CGI for brands and agencies
I work directly with fragrance brands and as a specialist production partner for creative agencies. You work with the person building the model, lighting the scene and directing the animation.
If you already have a campaign concept, I can take on the CGI production. If you need a visual route, I can develop the concept and storyboard with you.
Common questions
Can you start before the finished bottle exists?
Yes. I can work from CAD files, technical drawings, packaging artwork and detailed reference photography. A physical sample helps when exact materials or finishes need close matching, but it is not always required.
Which formats can you deliver?
MP4 files for web and social, ProRes when a higher-quality master is needed, and PNG sequences for post-production. Common aspect ratios are 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
Can the same project include still images?
Yes. Once the 3D scene is approved, I can create campaign stills, product frames and additional compositions from the same build.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I can work directly with the agency team, take an approved storyboard into production or support a larger campaign as a specialist CGI partner.
